hicce will be an open kitchen, wood fired dining experience. We will be using a variety of great produce to create dishes with British, Nordic and Japanese influence, focused on healthy, grilled, cured, raw and pickled elements.
Together with living wines that are sustainable/organic/biodynamic made by small producers with minimal intervention, and our classic wines that will reflect the best of traditional wine making.

From the moment you arrive to the smell of home made rye bread, the taste of our bonito squid, to the day after from the enlightenment requested all about the great wine you had.
